I just spent at least forty minutes dealing with an excellent Sears representative named Brandon who was guiding me through the (chat line) comparative prices and deminsions of a stove top range, vent, wall oven, french door fridge with ice make and bottom storage. Without warning, I was cut off-”timed out.” Attempts to get this information to on-line supervisor took another twenty minutes and I got sick of waiting.
