NEVER AGAIN!!! They took 5 days to ship my order, and then refused to refund $18.00 for the brake caliper core return. I spoke with Katy (X414) and Customer Service Manger Portz (X1033) in an effort to resolve the issue. That process took 30 minutes. They insist a "discount" was applied to the core return amount. I was never informed of this "discount" until AFTER I returned the core. STAY AWAY. ONLINE FRAUD. read full review »
