Gave all info to file federal return. Before processing, 123 asked for credit card info to file state return. Their web site, the next day, stated my fed return had been rejected for a bogus reason. My credit card was charged $14.95 for the state return even though it was never completed or filed. They ignore all my emails. read full review »
