This credit one bank company has the worst customer service. This company does not take the time to verify once security information. Lots of fraud transactions go through and they do not verify. They have high fees and are always charging the customer with any type of fee to keep making money off the customer. For customers who have been with them for a long time there is no consideration and they are loyal to their customers.
