DO NOT USE LIBERTY! IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! We originally went to Liberty to prepare our 2009 taxes we thought that it went ok it wasn't until we returned for our 2010 taxes that we found that they messed up our 2009 North Carolina return. To start with we had a coupon that they would not honor because we were not new customers mind you that was never cited on the coupon.
