I have been trying to renew my domain name for almost 2 weeks with this company. I cancelled my hosting services with them one year ago due to the fact that their staff can barely speak english and their level of service was poor. I did not switch domains because the hosting company I switched to did not offer that service. They now claim that they do not offer domain services without hosting and will not release my domain name so that I can register with another company which means my company website is down.
