In November of 2007 I interviewed at fitness 19 in Arroyo Grande CA and was hired on the spot. Within 5 minutes of this interview I was told that I would have 40% ownership in a club and be making over 200, 000$ a year within that year (by the operator, Ron walker) I worked at this location for three years, at one point averaging 90 hours a week and not taking a day off for a whole year.
