I purchased a region 2 dvd from this seller knowing full well that it was from a different region. He sent me several emails telling me I had to type a certain phrase in order to get the item after I purchased it. It took me a while to get the email so I was left waiting for over 3 weeks to get the item. I was not impressed with the service, so I left neutral feedback.
