uVerse was run in my neighborhood, and I was the first to sign up. Since November 1, 2010, I have had one major billing issue (they changed the price of my one year promotional offer by $50 per month). Horrible phone service, unless you enjoy having conversation bleed-through and static. Now the land line does not work at all. I have had no dial tone for 7 of 10 days, and have had 4 technicians come to the house. Each has a more inept story then the one before, and each leaves when the phone is working.
