March 9, 2011 @ 1:13pm, Store #43008, Check #1699; I received onion rings which felt cold to the touch. Normally I receive very hot ones, which I appreciate. I am extremely dissatisfied with this incident. I tried calling, but received no answer, at 9:15pm. I only wait for eight rings, then hang up. I will not leave a message at a business. All I expect is a change in this practice. I prefer Hardees onion rings to Dairy Queen, but if it happens again, I will cross the street! read full review »
