I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for 11 years. I purchsed a hands free device in January of 11 because my state mandated hands free while driving. My phone was not blue tooth equipped because it was 5 years old. 3 weeks later my phone started acting up, could not find towers, would leave me with no signal, which was not normal. I took the phone in to a verizon store away from my home to see if they could fix the problem. They said it was the phone it was old and I needed a new one.
