Dear sir / Madam This is to bring to your kind notice of aircel blocking all outgoing calls from my mobile number. This is inspite of registering a formal complaint on harassment on producing address proof at aircel office periodically. I have the above aircel numbers for many years and have submitted address proof for the given numbers three times - once during taking the new number, again immediately after taking the number on claims from aircel that the documentations were not correct.
