Stay away from a scam. The broker Art Hidalgo takes your deposit out from your account and then promises approval of your loan with a fakey loan lock. The loan orginator Christine Pense (aka Chrsitine Hidalgo - Art's wife) ignores your phone calls. The service ends after they get hold of your cash. Despite a so called approval of the loan, the loan fails to go through - fake out. They will tell you the loan approval has been extended - more bogus. I'm out of money and out of luck.
