When I tried to see about a payment deferment I found out how bad my account was screwed up! Actually they were depositing money from someone else's payments and they were still saying I was 110 days past due. When actually I was 100% caught up. After 20 + phone calls and 40 days it is still not straightened out. I think it is time to give up! I have had many different people tell me different versions about what was screwed up and every time I think they have it figured out, it seems to get worse.
