I accessed the Don Potter Music website to purchase some MP3s to try out. I selected 5, paid via my Visa card, and subsequently received my authorization including order number. The website indicates that I should receive an email with downloading information, and failing that I can access My Account and download from there. I received no such email, and My Account only shows the list of MP3s I purchased, but no download links exist.
