DO NOT send your Ipod or Iphone to this company for repair. I have had a total nightmare with these people, and now I no longer have an Ipod and they will not answer phones or respond to e-mails. The "company" may have closed down, although their website is still up and there are still recordings on their phone line. You have to pay for their services before sending your Ipod, which bothered me but I wanted it fixed. You also have to pay ahead of time for "return shipping". GOOD LUCK getting your IPod back.
