The told my tenant the charges to rekey/replace his door lock would range between $100-150. Their total charges came to $241 to re-key a lock and replace two deadbolts. This included $170 in labor charges. Now I must reimburse the tenant. THIS IS AN INTERNET COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE. So there is no place for me to dispute these crazy fees.
