Car mechanic made claim aproximately at 9:00 am on 10/28 waiting for fax or phone call approval. Received call back at 5:15 pm stating not to touch car until inspector comes by the following day. Inspector comes by around 12:00 noon 10/29 and states not to still touch car until the company calls. I spend the whole day calling Royal Administration Services and requesting to speak with a supervisor and all I got was the round around with different excuses and the claim not being approved yet.
