Ordered this series from PlanetDVDStore. Got an e-mail back stating the transaction was declined and was probably because of wrong info added about credit card. E-mail said to try and order again, so I did. The second transaction was successful.. Amazingly one day later the sent another e-mail stating the first order was now accepted. They charged me twice. Tried sending three e-mails with no response, to correct the problem. No phone number available. How does this company get away with it. Should be in prison. read full review »
