were to sail out of california nov. 2010 with carnival splendor. carnival waited until last two days prior to sailing to officially cancel cruise so weren't able to rebook with anyone but carnival and it cost us an extra 1, 053. not right...it should not have cost us anything since we had no other option. read full review »
