I paid James Landers from Saint Petersburg, Florida over $5, 000 for a new roof and never got the job done. This individual stole my money, stole hundreds of homeowners money, never paid contractors for work they performed and took the money to Florida and filed bankruptcy. It appears by reading some of these postings that he is living a high lifestyle supporting his family and girlfriend.
