My toy poodle ended up being a mix of miniature poodle Maltese & 1/4 unknown heritage. I asked bout refund. & they wanted the dog returned. We're not talking about furniture. They refuse to negotiate with Visa, BBB. I suggest (beg) everyone who has had a problem to write to the FL Attorney General with facts. If they get enough complaints, something may finally be done to improve their business practices or even fine them. It's strength in numbers. It is NOT to late to write about your complaint.
