Got 3 quotes and theirs was the middle one. Paid over $14, 000 for a new roof with some deck replacement. Owner was not on job site until end. One roofer fell through our cathedral ceiling and damaged a keyboard. They reduced price for the damage by $2k which was appropriate. However, they did not supply what was promised, installed what was promised wrong and used poor construction techniques.
