I was misled by this company representing themselves as a HUD affiliated company that helps homeowners that are behind in their mortgages. John Martin asked me to send them $4100 to save my home from foreclosure. I was then told my mortgage was red flagged and I would need to sent them another $2500 for attorney fees. They have not contacted my lender and are not affiliated with Hud. I spoke with the HUD Representative in South Carolina and she was horrified and informed me to demand my money be returned.
