I wish I had read these complaints before I experienced this same unethical behavior from this company. I ordered a Kohler kitchen faucet and matching soap dispenser from Overstockdeals. The faucet was not in its original box and the major part of the faucet was wrapped in white plastic packing wrap. When I unwrapped faucet, it was clear that it was not new because it looked used and water droplets were inside packing. Top part of faucet was lose in box along with a pack of screws.
