I ordered the free sample and provided my credit card for the shipping charge. That charge was approximately $5. After I received my free sample, the next month they sent me another bottle of AcaiBerry. I did not order another bottle but they automatically sent another bottle to me. They also billed my credit card for the unorderted bottle. I called the 1-866-938-4832 number several times to tell them that I did not order another bottle and asked to to refund my money.
