I answered an ad for a full year subscription for Rockabilly Magazine in December. The company was advertising what a great Christmas gift this would make. A full year for $19.99. I paid through PayPal and my account was debited. January came and went. By the middle of February, I contacted the company through email and asked where my subscription was. No response.
