Ms. Thompson called my work phone, illegal. when I promptly returned thier call another rep answered and would not put Ms. Thompson on the phone. Both extremely rude and abrasive, harrassing! She told me that an old BP ($150.00 from 1998) debt of mine ( I paid off with a refi in 2005) was now an IRS issue and subject to 1099 (self employment income) taxes and penalties. I hung up on her and told them to NEVER call my work again, I am reporting them to the Florida States Attorney and to the IRS! read full review »
