I made a transfer by telephone that didn't process... 53rd charge me $176 the next and the following day $219. I ask them to close the account... the teller said she could not close the account untill after 30 days... so that they could charge me $3.00 per day and if anything else came the bank could charge a fee... so they account 60 Days in order to bring the overdraft fees up to $1.86.oo... then they close the account... something needs to be done...
