I signed up with Merchant Credit Card Services when we first opened in May of 2008. I have never had a retail business so I was depending on the honesty of the sales rep representing this company. I am a seasonal business and only open for 5 months and closed the other 7 months. I tried to call and see if I could shut the service down the months my business wasn't open and was told I was in a three year contract and couldn't turn off service.
