Our loan was bought by OCWEN in 2006. The auto phone doesn't work properly so it is very hard to reach a human voice. I was informed in Feb. that our escrow account was in the rears by over $2, 100.00. I did the research and math. With the amount of money that they took from our payment monthly, there should have been enough to pay our hazard insurance and taxes.
