There seems to be an extreme lack of accountability to customers and no means or interest in assisting a customer after an order is finalized and paid for. Customer service personnel are incompetent and uninterested in resolving the delivery problems caused by the bizarre restrictions Bud's places on their shipper, UPS. When questioned, the always ANONYMOUS phone clerks can neither defend nor explain the bureaucratic mess that a shipment enters as it leaves their premises.
