Two weeks ago I wanted to take advantage of a promotional offer that was sent via email. Upon ordering the products off their online catalog, I was told the promotion only applied to standard, off the shelf clubs. I chose to order my clubs "Custom" to fit my needs and was told I could not utilize the promotion.
