I have been getting calls on my cell phone and the number always comes up as unavailable. The first time I answered this call there was a female on the line telling me that I was eligible to receive $ in credit card rewards. That was an immediate red flag, I told her that I was not interested and "please do not call again". I continued to receive calls from an "unavailable number" I answered another call, by this time very fed up.
