My family and I had scheduled a flight to Vegas for this year's spring break. My scheduled departure was 9:00 p.m. I arrived at airport at 8:10 and there was no Allegiant Air representative at counter to issue my boarding pass. A group of about 6 people were there before me in which they stated that they had been waiting for a representative for about 15 to 20 minutes.
