The surest sign that these people are just crooks is that they accepted payment from me, did not deliver, and to this day, refuse to issue me a refund. Theft, plain and simple. I'm surprised that they delivered any merchandise to anybody. They never answer e-mails, never return calls, the manager is ALWAYS out of the office, etc. etc. etc. I complained to the Better Business Bureau, to no avail.
