I purchase a TV from H HGregg and a a surround sound.I paid for service and connection.I was assured it would be done.My husband and I had went an on an errand We returned the TV was delivered and signed for by Men we had doing work in our Home.TV was in wrap with surround sound none of eguipment was connected .As of this day it had not been done.I am not able to use the merchandise .Can you help me.? read full review »
