We had decided to develop an additional source of income for our business on the net and since Intuit had very helpful with us on the website we decided to use Innovative Merchant Solutions (A company of Intuit/Homestead I believe). They were never able to deliver the service so I cancelled. About two months after the attempted service was cancelled I got a bill stating I was past due and had 14 days to pay or the account would go to collections.
