I showed up for an appointment set weeks in advance and the sales rep was not there. The Sales Mgr paired me with a new sales person who didn't even know the vehicles. After a test drive I was given a form explaining privacy policies invoked after a test drive - many of the marketing issues could NOT be opted out. Beginning the following day I began getting spam to my cell and it has continued since. I would rather deal with a phone rep in India than go back to this dealer. read full review »
