I purchased a laptop from Best Buy. The Geek Squad assured me that it would be ready on the same day because I bought it early enough in the day for them to upgrade it in the 4 to 6 hours that was needed to do so. When eight hours passed and no one called, I called Best Buy to ask about the laptop and was told that it was ready.
