I bought tickets from Get Me In for a Bruno Mars concert 2 months in advance, and by the time it was a week before the concert I still hadn't received my tickets for the concert which was on Sunday, so I called Customer Services the Sunday before that. They only told me to call again on Wednesday if I still hadn't received the tickets and didn't make any efforts to contact the seller.
