Beware of saferwholesale.com / Great Sports Inc, they are crooks. I ordered a new infrared sauna from them and was sent a used demo model, complete with dirty wood floor, gouged wood panels, broken heater guards, and large price tag hanging from the pre-assembled door handle. Sales and customer service won't even listen to you, they repeat "we sent you a new one". I'll be moving on to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Bummed. read full review »
