I don't have a problem purchasing from companies overseas. I also don't have a problem with speaking with customer service overseas (most companies do this now anyhow). I do, however, have a problem with companies that say/print one thing and do something else entirely. I called to check "stock" on a pair of Gucci frames, which a rep named "Robert" told me they would be to my house within a week (on the east coast), and processing would take 1-2 business days.
