These guys have the worst customer service!! It is impossible to buy anything from them. Five times I called them to get information about the imported Canon SLR cameras and five times they either simply hung-up on my or put me on-hold in the middle of my question and NEVER came back. After further research with other competitors I found out that the imported model comes with Japanese menus and manuals. There is no disclosure what so ever in their website warning the customers about it. read full review »
