They do not post their return policy out in the open...you have to dig and dig and dig. Finally had to email them for it. There is a reason for this, they do NOT want returned merchandise unless the product is defective. How many other web sites and retail stores (where you can touch and see and examine the product) have such a policy. The ans. is few to NONE!
