It is shameful that a company with the Disney brand would be so lame when it comes to implementing the most basic and common anti-fraud best practices and then be so greedy as to refuse a charge back even after they acknowledge fraud!!! I am not a customer and never was. My credit card was fraudulently used to order movies. When I realized fraud had taken place from my cc statement, I called the Movie Club who immediately acknowledged the transaction had already been identified as fraudulent.
