TERRIBLE!!! They charged me TWICE for one pair of boots. they arrived, were completely fake and terrible, yet in a torn up authentic ugg box, with no tags, registration, or even a receipt. I sent them back, and it took over a month and a half of hassling, threatening and persistence to get refunded, which by the way they charge a 20% restocking fee, taken off of the refund. which they should have no problem restocking since the return address was to an apartment.
