We are still unable to contact the local owners of the DirectBuy here in Roanoke, we are therefore appealing to DirectBuy Corporate to rectify our problem. We joined DirectBuy on December 10, 2010 and were notified on February 8, 2011 that DirectBuy of Roanoke had closed it doors (This came as a shock to us as it now means we have to travel over 4 hours to visit a DirectBuy showroom in order to make any major purchases) .
