I have a platinum credit card with Capital One, A/N:4121-7424-1873-7907. I have setup auto-pays through my checking account, JP Morgan Chase A/N making minimum payments through towards my capital one credit account. On 08-Feb-11, I got an email alert from Experian credit monitoring system that my account with capital one was 30 days due. I inquired with Capital One and was told that I didn't make a payment for the month of Jan and was past due over 30 days.
