I was sent a letter stating that I owed Best Buy, household item purchased from the Internet for a sum of $1082.37 but if I paid within 45 days the amount I would only have to pay is $162.36. I have never purchased anything from Best Buy let alone on the Internet. I called Best Buy and they said, "we don't have any record of this purchase and you do not owe us anything". read full review »
